We’re seeking an IT Associate to support our IT infrastructure and day-to-day tech operations. This role includes maintaining hardware/software, providing user support, and ensuring reliable IT service delivery. This role requires strong technical knowledge and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Job Roles:

  • Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high user satisfaction.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Support the IT team in managing and monitoring network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Aid in the deployment and updating of software applications, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and organizational policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware and software inventories, and assist in procurement processes when necessary.
  • Prepare and update technical documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures for IT systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on various projects, providing technical assistance and ensuring project objectives are met within specified timelines.
  • Support the implementation of IT security measures, including antivirus updates, patch management, and user access controls, to protect organizational data and systems.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Windows systems and basic networking concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to dynamic organizational needs.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
