We are seeking a highly analytical and systems-focused professional to join our Learning & Talent Development team as a Data & Systems Analyst.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of our transformation journey, supporting the implementation and ongoing optimisation of our Learning Management System (LMS), and enabling a data-driven, controlled, and scalable learning operation.
You will act as the central point of expertise for learning data, systems, and reporting—demonstrating curiosity, suggesting options, providing insight, improving workflows, and ensuring robust governance across all portfolios and provision. This role plays a key part in supporting compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the firm.
You will play a central role in implementing and enhancing our LMS, strengthening data integrity and audit readiness, and translating complex data into clear insight that drives decision-making and enhance ways of working. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help improve efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure learning operations are supported by robust systems, high-quality reporting, and continuous improvement.
