We are seeking an experienced and strategically focused professional to join our Learning & Talent Development team as a Learning Design & Digital Enablement Manager.

This is a pivotal leadership role at the centre of our firm’s capability and transformation agenda, responsible for shaping and delivering learning design strategy, capability architecture, and high‑quality learning experiences across all service lines.

You will act as a senior learning specialist and trusted business partner to leaders and SMEs across the Firm —translating business strategy, risk, and capability gaps into coherent learning journeys aligned to skills frameworks, career pathways, and performance outcomes. You will lead a high‑performing team of designers to deliver scalable, outcome‑led solutions that go beyond standalone programmes and drive sustained capability growth.

You will play a central role in ensuring learning is aligned to measurable outcomes. Working closely with Partners, Directors, and Subject Matter Experts, you will shape demand, challenge assumptions, and ensure learning interventions address genuine business needs and deliver tangible impact.

This role also sits at the forefront of digital and AI‑enabled learning innovation. You will ensure the deliberate and responsible use of digital, media and AI‑enabled tools to enhance learning design quality, efficiency, and excellence in provision.

You will provide clear direction, standards, and oversight across the design function—driving effective governance (in-line with best practice), quality assurance, and design sign‑off processes, and ensuring robust evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement. You will balance strategic ambition with delivery risk, capacity, and sustainability to ensure the successful execution of learning priorities.
