Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, commercial contracts, mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions.
  • Draft and review commercial agreements that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Advise on compliance matters, including regulatory changes that may impact business operations.
  • Collaborate with government authorities to support corporate registrations while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Lead and mentor junior lawyers, ensuring the continuous professional development of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB)
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, preferably within a multinational or large law firm.
  • Strong experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and corporate transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate legal expertise with business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Competence in leveraging AI technologies for legal tasks, such as legal research, automated document drafting, and data analysis, to enhance efficiency and reduce dependency on external inquiries.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to apply legal expertise strategically to support business and legal solutions effectively.
