Responsibilities
- Administer end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including preparation of documentation, orientation, and system setup.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
- Assist in career fairs and recruitment-related events when required.
- Facilitate offboarding procedures such as exit interviews, clearance forms, and final documentation.
- Participate in planning and organizing employee engagement programs, events, and corporate activities.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Organized and responsible.
