Responsibilities

  • Administer end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including preparation of documentation, orientation, and system setup.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
  • Assist in career fairs and recruitment-related events when required.
  • Facilitate offboarding procedures such as exit interviews, clearance forms, and final documentation.
  • Participate in planning and organizing employee engagement programs, events, and corporate activities.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Organized and responsible.
  • Able to work well with others.
  • Can manage time and handle multiple tasks.
  • Honest and able to keep information confidential.
  • Willing to learn and improve.
