Director Financial Advisory Services

Forvis Mazars in Indonesia is looking for Director Financial Advisory Services to join its growing team of professionals. Since its establishment in 2008 in Indonesia, Forvis Mazars has grown to be one of the top audit, outsourcing, tax, legal and advisory services providers.

Objectives of this role:

Lead and develop the Financial Advisory team and be in charge of transaction services/due diligence assignments.

Manage relationships with clients and other business contacts and maintain focus on business development opportunities.

Role and responsibilities:

• Lead team in various FA projects (mostly due diligence – inbound/outbound, M&A, etc.) and other transaction services work for clients in various industries at the highest technical and professional standard.
• Guide team to prepare and deliver high quality due diligence reports.
• Managing and develop client engagements and relationships, providing solutions, and communication with regulatory bodies
• Works closely with Forvis Mazars teams across the Asia Pacific and globally.
• Lead on client management, practice development, and business development activities including but not limited to project scoping, reviewing of business proposals and engagement letters.
• Build internal and external relationships to drive business development strategies.

Requirements:

• Background in Accounting, Business, Finance, or other relevant field
• 10+ years of relevant experience providing financial advisory services in a large or mid-size firm (or combination of audit and advisory services)
• Qualification such as CA, CFA, ACCA or equivalent
• Strong grasp of due diligence in transaction context
• Strong business oriented mind and interest in developing/growing our FA business
• Strong desire and ability to communicate with clients at the highest level
