Job Description:

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Data Analysts to join our Outsourcing Services team. The Data Entry Executive will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data for our clients, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and update data accurately and efficiently into designated systems, databases, or spreadsheets based on client requirements and instructions.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, performing data validation checks and resolving discrepancies or errors as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of client data by adhering to data security and privacy protocols and following company policies and procedures.
  • Handle large volumes of data entry tasks within specified timelines, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively to meet client deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address data entry issues, share best practices, and ensure consistency and accuracy in data entry processes.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance (QA) guidelines for data entry projects, adhering to established standards and meeting performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify data entry requirements, address inquiries, and provide updates on project status as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in data entry workflows, suggesting recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain documentation and records of data entry activities, including project logs, error reports, and performance metrics, for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Stay informed about changes in data entry tools, software applications, and industry best practices, participating in training and professional development activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • B Com or equivalent qualification
  • 2-3 years of experience in data entry or related administrative role, preferably in an outsourcing or service-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry skills, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data entry software, databases, and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel) is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity of client data, adhering to data security and privacy policies and regulations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
