Forvis Mazars in Indonesia is looking for Business Process Improvements Consultant (Manager) to join its growing team of professionals. Since its establishment in 2008 in Indonesia, Forvis Mazars has grown to be one of the top audit, outsourcing, tax, legal and advisory services providers.

Role and responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end business process improvement engagements (internal audit, SOX, J-SOX, ICOFR, and regulatory compliance projects)
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Assess current-state processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement future-state operating models.
• Manage client relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Develop business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Coach junior consultants and project teams.
• Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or accounting, or related field.
• A master’s degree (MBA) would be an advantage .
• 8+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Consulting, Business Improvement or Transformation projects
• Previous experience in Big 4, professional services, management consulting, or multinational organizations preferred.

- Internal Audit Standards
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Internal Controls Frameworks
- SOX / J-SOX / ICOFR
- Governance and Compliance
- Process Improvement methodologies
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CRMA, CMA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Data analysis and reporting skills using:
- Excel
- Power BI
- Tableau
- SQL
