What you can expect

  • Joining a modern and dynamic outsourcing team
  • Handle administrative tasks, including internal system input, copy, scan documents etc.
  • Follow up on regular reports and monitor various deadlines
  • Prepare letters and documents, and follow up on the related procedure
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally
  • Perform regular administrative work at client’s office
  • Book meeting rooms and arrange department group functions and bookings
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Who we are looking for

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication skills, well-organised, and detail-minded
  • A good team player and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
