About this position

We are looking for highly self-motivated and good team player who is able to plan, execute and supervise quality work of the administrative support function.

 Key responsibilities

  • Perform the administrative support functions of the office.
  • Coordinate clerical duties and front-desk activities, including, but not limited to, distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, sorting mail, filing, photocopying, ordering and inventory of supplies, and typing reports.
  • Plan and improve the business support processes and SOPs.
  • Manage and organise any other task requested by Head of Operations from time to time.


Job requirements:

  • 3 Months Internship
  •  Can start in June/July/August 2025
  • Good team player, able to communication and work well with other colleagues.
  • Efficient time management, able to prioritize tasks and follow through without missing deadlines.
  • Good command in English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
