Purpose:
The Learning Media Designer creates high-quality, brand-aligned digital learning assets to enhance engagement and accessibility across the business. This role supports the provision of end-to-end support through content development and campaigns. The role supports strategic priorities by simplifying content creation, fostering collaboration, amplifying learning impact, and ensuring timely delivery of compliant, quality-assured learning materials. Additionally, the Learning Media Designer will play a key role in supporting the Audit Fundamentals 2026.27 and Reimagining Professional Development and Skills initiatives, by developing tailored learning materials and managing follow-up recordings of live sessions, ensuring that all content is accessible, relevant, and supports ongoing professional development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Learning Media Designer will be the owner of digital learning assets. Their role will include the following:
- Authoring digital learning solutions from pre-recorded live sessions, storyboards and scripts collaborating with Learning Designers and Learning Developers.
- Design digital learning templates and visual assets within eLearning authoring tools, ensuring accessibility, user experience, and brand alignment
- Produce and edit follow-up learning videos, motion graphics, and screen captures
- Manage multimedia assets (video editing, illustrations, icons, infographics)
- Maintain learning pages in the Learning and Talent Development (L&TD) Hub via SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Work with SMEs in the team and communications specialist in the business in the production of PR and Marketing Materials and digital assets
- Construct campaigns through digital assets via consulting with relevant SMEs
Project Management
- Work with Learning Design team to manage all media asset requests in a way that ensures projects are delivered on time and to specification:
- Scope, impact & deadlines

Content Quality and Accessibility
- Apply accessibility standards and run QA checks for accuracy and responsiveness
- Test digital learning content for LMS compliance
- Document and maintain governance for development processes
- Implement robust quality assurance and sign-off processes.
Accurate and reliable communication
- Ensure effective stakeholder management.
- Taking a solutions driven approach when working with Learning Designers and Learning Developers.
Projects
- Supporting the Learning & Development team with the Audit Fundamentals project for 2026.27 ensuring follow-up video recordings are processed for live sessions.
- Working closely with the Learning Design team in enhancing multimedia assets for custom modules built for Forvis Mazars e.g. compliance training.
- Supporting Learning Developer with the enhancement of the Learning & Talent Development Hub.
