We are currently seeking a Receptionist to provide front-office support and assist our team in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, providing a professional, warm, and courteous welcome.
  • Manage all incoming calls and enquiries promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and shared spaces to uphold a professional office environment.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare rooms for client and internal use (including refreshments and necessary materials), and ensure readiness for meetings.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services, ensuring accurate logging and timely distribution.
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including document handling, data entry, and basic correspondence.
  • Assist with coordinating schedules for office drivers and supporting logistics for meetings or events as needed.
  • Report and follow up on any maintenance issues in reception, meeting rooms, or common areas.
  • Support other ad hoc administrative tasks as required by management.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Office Boys, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

The receptionist is reporting to Office Manager.

Qualification:

  • Minimum diploma degree from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Preferably having internship or administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • English communication is a must
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
