About this position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage administrative functions and provide corporate secretarial support. The Admin cum CoSec will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while also maintaining statutory records, facilitating board and shareholder meetings, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Role:

  • Joining a modern and dynamic outsourcing team
  • Maintain office records, handle correspondence, and ensure filing systems are organized and in compliance with local laws and corporate governance requirements
  • Follow up on regular reports and monitor various deadlines
  • Prepare letters and documents, and follow up on the related procedure
  • Assist with preparation and filing of statutory documents and annual returns.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally
  • Perform regular administrative work at office
  • Book meeting rooms and arrange department group functions and bookings
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Fresh Diploma Graduate in Corporate Administration or equivalent in any area.
  • Reasonable written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised & attention to detail
  • A team player and able to work independently
  • An individual Open to learning & growth
  • General knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel etc).
