German Desk, AOS

Mazars in Korea is looking for a German CPA/accountant/tax accountant to lead the development of our German Desk.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Client relationship with German clients, including liaison when required with Mazars Germany office and client’s headquarters’ office in Germany.
• Provide accounting and tax compliance services for our international clients.
• Actively promote Mazars within the German community in Korea, develop and propose Mazars services to German companies.
• Act as the main contact in Korea for the Global German Services Team and Mazars in Germany.

Qualification

• Experience in accounting (tax accounting). German CPA or tax accountant certification is preferred.
• Fluency in German and English is required; speaking Korean would be ideal but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in related fields; experience in accounting outsourcing serivce is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Korean Taxation environment and law, and the ability to explain them to the foreigners.
