Manager Outsourcing – Payroll Services

About this position

The Manager Outsourcing – Payroll Services will be managing payroll team of Forvis Mazars in Indonesia. He/She will ensure the quality of the work performed by the team and communicate with clients at highest level.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of HR and Payroll Specialists in the delivery of services to a portfolio of clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including the preparation, review and submission of payroll related reports and statutory filings.
  • Reviewing work and managing quality of the work of the team
  • Responding to clients’ queries and resolution of issues.
  • Leading the payroll implementation and onboarding of new clients.
  • Involve in the drafting and review of HR documents, adhoc HR consultancy projects when required. This includes but not limited to recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits and separation.
  • Interfacing with clients including identify client needs and provide recommendations utilizing payroll best practices and analysis
  • Issuing monthly invoices to clients
  • To perform payroll advisory work for clients and conduct payroll simulations as required
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff (internal and external), utilizing clear, effective communication.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting from reputable university
  • 6-8 years of working experience in payroll (either in-house / outsource) or consulting experience in a consulting firm
  • Outstanding comprehension on the utilization of Ms Office products especially Excel and operating systems
  • Engaging and outgoing personality
  • Able to work in a diversified cultural environment
  • Has excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to liaise well with others and deal with confidential materials
  • Ability to pay attention to details
