Role: AI Analyst – CoPilot (Analyst)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Analyst to join our dynamic team in India. The AI Analyst will be responsible for leveraging artificial intelligence technologies and methodologies to solve complex business problems, improve decision-making processes, and drive innovation within our organisation. The roll will initially have a focus on Microsoft M365 Copilot (with associated agents) and its rollout but will also broaden to further technologies as demanded by the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement AI-driven solutions: focus on the support and implementation of AI solutions with a particular initial focus on Copilot across the UK.
- AI Governance: Staying abreast of AI technology, regulations and ethical rends (e.g. EU AI Act, Agentic AI) and developing directional guidance, recommendations and artefacts around AI governance processes, tools and solutions that fit Forvis Mazars needs.
- Deliver AI Training: Delivering training for copilot and AI tools to ensures team members and stakeholders can effectively utilise AI solutions with a focus on enhancing overall business efficiency.
- Use Case Identification and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI and copilot adoption, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Analyse and interpret data: using information to generate insights that support the enhancement and effectiveness of AI and particularly copilot adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance: review key performance data on AI models and copilot, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Horizon Scanning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and recommend their adoption and integration. Particular focus on copilot new features and enhancements and how these may impact the business.
- Presentation: Prepare and present detailed reports to communicate findings, improvements, and recommendations related to copilot roll out and wider AI adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in AI, machine learning, or data analysis roles. Experience with common AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is a positive
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Strong understanding of statistical methods, data structures, and algorithms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
