AI Adoption and Enablement Specialist (Analyst)

Role: AI Adoption and Enablement Specialist (Analyst)

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: Pune

About the Role

The AI Adoption and Enablement Specialist will act as a key bridge between the AI Innovation team and the wider firm, helping business teams understand and build with AI tools, navigate the approvals process and translate demand into a clear portfolio view.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support stakeholders in shaping AI ideas into clear use cases, helping them understand what information is needed, which route to follow and when specialist input is required.
  • Coordinate the AI approvals pipeline, including maintaining templates, tracking submissions, chasing incomplete inputs, flagging delays, and keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Maintain a live portfolio view of AI initiatives in flight, including what is approved, pending, stalled or requiring further action, so the team can prioritise effort and manage demand effectively.
  • Develop the initiative tracker into leadership-ready reporting under supervision, starting with accurate data capture before moving into analysis of demand, adoption patterns, blockers and outcomes.
  • Support business communications and engagement activity on AI tool updates, guidance, adoption initiatives and responsible use, ensuring messages are clear, practical and aligned to firmwide priorities.
  • Build enough working knowledge of the team’s AI tools, approval routes and governance expectations to answer basic questions confidently, signpost users effectively and know when to escalate.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A qualification in business, technology, data, information systems, project management or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Experience in business engagement, stakeholder coordination, portfolio support, project coordination, change or adoption would be beneficial. The role requires confidence managing multiple requests, following up consistently and keeping activity moving across different stakeholder groups.
  • Communication and Relationship Skills: Confident and professional in writing and in person, with the ability to build rapport, ask clear questions, manage follow-up, summarise progress and explain process or tool updates clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Portfolio and Reporting Skills: Comfortable working with Excel, Power BI or similar tools, with the ability to maintain trackers, structure information, spot gaps and turn stakeholder input into a clear view of demand, progress, blockers and outcomes.
  • Technology Curiosity: This role does not require engineering depth, but it does require someone who wants to understand AI tools, responsible use considerations and operating practices well enough to guide business users in the right direction.
  • Collaborative Working: Able to work closely with the AI Innovation team, business stakeholders and internal specialist teams, with enough confidence to ask questions, challenge unclear inputs and manage expectations constructively.
