Forvis Mazars in Indonesia is looking for Business Process Improvements Consultant (Assistant) to join its growing team of professionals. Since its establishment in 2008 in Indonesia, Forvis Mazars has grown to be one of the top audit, outsourcing, tax, legal and advisory services providers.

Role and responsibilities:
- Support engagements in internal audit, risk advisory, and business improvement consulting
- Conduct business process assessments and identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Assist in operational, financial, compliance, and process reviews.
- Support risk assessments, internal control reviews, and governance evaluations.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and business data to generate actionable insights.
- Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, process maps, and client deliverables.
- Assist in business case development, root cause analysis, and benefit realization assessments.
- Support implementation of process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and contribute to project management activities.
- Support SOX, J-SOX, ICOFR, and regulatory compliance projects where applicable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Information Systems; Management; Economics; Finance; Management; Accounting; or other related disciplines
- 1-3 years of experience in: Business Analysis; Process Improvement; Risk Advisory; Management Consulting; Business Transformation; Digital Transformation Initiatives
- Internship experience in consulting, internal audit, business excellence, or operational improvement will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis); Power BI; Tableau (preferred); Basic SQL knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience using process-mapping tools such as: Microsoft Visio; Bizagi; Lucidchart; Draw.io
- Professional certifications are advantageous, including: Lean Six Sigma; CIA; CRMA; CISA; CPA; CBPA; or other relevant certifications
