Vacancy: Audit Assistant – Audit and Assurance 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Develop a good understanding of Forvis Mazars’ audit approach, methodology, and tools
• Perform analytical reviews of financial statements and accounts
• Review clients’ accounting systems, operating procedures, and internal controls
• Conduct audit procedures and collect sufficient appropriate audit evidence Identify accounting and auditing issues and perform research to resolve them
• Assist in the preparation and review of audit reports
• Provide recommendations to improve internal controls and business efficiency
• Build and maintain professional working relationships with clients
• Actively contribute to all activities of the audit department

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Honest, highly committed, and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Well-organized with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality
