Looking for a passionate individual to build data analytics practice in a leading consulting firm. Should have prior experience working in similar domain as data analyst/scientist/engineer with over 6 years of total work experience. The candidate must have innate ability to identify data sources as per business requirements, collate, and provide intelligent decision making to client’s key stakeholders. The following are the broad set of technical requirements:

Technical requirements

• Designed & developed BI reports and dashboards using Tableau/ Qlikview/ Python, Alteryx/ advanced Excel/VBA, Power Bi and other tools to meet business analytic needs for clients

• Perform data extraction and transformation using SQL query to create data set required for dashboard

• Support existing dashboards/reports and troubleshoot issues

• Identify opportunities and deliver process improvements, standardization, and automation

• Provide best practices and training support to other team members in BI technologies

• Review and analyse moderately complex data aggregation, forecasting, reporting, and programming models

• Resolve data relates issues, production, business modelling, and lead team to meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of policies, modelling strategies, procedures, requests, and compliance requirements

• Lead projects, teams, and mentor less experienced staff to enhance data capabilities for the unit

• Use data engineering methodologies to design data model, utilizing analytics visualization tools (Qlik, Power BI) to help organization teams produce descriptive analytics to meet business needs by loading, managing, sorting and filtering data as well as extracting meaningful and insightful value from it

• Prototype, scale & develop innovative predictive analytics solutions using applied intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) to optimize business performance across functions

General requirements

• More than 6 years’ experience working as a data analyst or similar role in a corporate function

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage senior stakeholders

• An analytical mind and inclination towards problem-solving

• Demonstrable experience of success within a range of complex project environments and sectors

• Experience working with Agile methodologies. • Consulting experience will be a huge plus
