Mazars & ICAEW Talent Development Program 2022 is now open for applications

Human capital is what will make the difference, and our mission is to make sure we nurture and develop the best talent and the most relevant expertise, for today and tomorrow.

Co-founded by Mazars Vietnam and ICAEW, the scholarship fund “Mazars & ICAEW Talent Development Program” is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of Mazars and ICAEW that shall empower young students with economically disadvantaged backgrounds from recognised universities in Vietnam to pursue their education and professional career path in Accounting, Auditing, and Finance.

Scholarship package: Up to VND20 million/ winner, including:

• Cash: up to VND7 million
• Exam fees and textbooks for ICAEW CFAB qualification: VND12 million
• Privilege in recruitment process with Mazars
• Soft skills and technical skills training courses

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students with major in Accounting, Auditing, and Finance from universities located in Hanoi and HCMC
• Having good record of academic performance (a minimum GPA of 3.0/4 or 7.5/10)
• Being active in community/ extracurricular activities
• Students with disadvantaged background (to be certified by local Authorities/ University)

Process timeline

• October 18, 2022 – November 18, 2022: Round 1. Application and Submission of Scholarship Essay
• December 1, 2022 – December 5, 2022: Round 2. Interview 
• December 9, 2022: Result Announcement
