About this position
This opening is a supporting function role to provide assistance in all audit administration documentation related assignments. We are looking for typist who is able to type fast and accurately and can check documents for grammar, spelling and punctuation errors under tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
- Type all documents and materials, including audit reports and accounts, as assigned by the superior.
- Edit reports and documents according to instructions, ensuring compliance with grammar, spelling, and formatting rules.
- Prepare and type engagement letters, bank confirmations, consent to act, resignation letters to clients, professional clearance letters, and any other related reports and correspondence as assigned.
- Perform documentation and maintain proper records for all typed materials.
- Manage any other tasks or clerical duties requested by the immediate superior from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma.
- Good team player, able to communication and work well with other colleagues.
- Efficient time management, able to prioritize tasks and follow through without missing deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written comprehension skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Effective typing skill at minimum 60 wpm.
- Strong understanding of formatting and editing according to specified template format.
- Strong command in computer word processing programs like MS Word and other applications like PowerPoint, Excel etc.
