Job description

Create and design related materials for social media, newsletters, publications, business presentation and etc.
Create and develop visual assets used for advertising, promotion, online presence, and events adhered to brand guidelines.
Be in charge of video production (shooting, editing, etc.).
Prepare logistics for/during conferences, seminars, internal and external events.
Manage client database, maintain library of materials for credentials.
Brainstorm ideas, visualize and work with marketing vendors.
Promote brand news via partners’ channels, universities, student clubs, forums.
Responsible for internal and external communication emails.
Administrative support.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, with a strong focus on designing and events management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A strong portfolio of graphic design and video editing.
Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills.
Good English and communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Well-organized with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing is preferred.
