Position: Senior Implementation Consultant

Location: Pune

Experience: 3 to 4 Years

  • Lead or support full payroll implementation lifecycle (discovery, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support)
  • Configure payroll systems to meet client-specific requirements
  • Support data migration activities, including cleansing, transformation, and validation
  • Conduct parallel runs, reconciliation, and issue resolution prior to go-liv
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and client meetings
  • Gather and document detailed payroll requirements
  • Provide subject matter expertise on payroll processes and system best practice
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships
  • Perform system testing to ensure accuracy of payroll calculations and setup
  • Identify and resolve defects during testing and parallel phases
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with payroll legislation

Behaviour and Competencies
Strong understanding of payroll lifecycle (end-to-end processing, compliance, reporting)

  • Experience implementing payroll or HRIS systems (e.g. Payrite, Paycircle)
  • Knowledge of payroll data structures, integrations, and migration processes
  • Familiarity with payroll legislation (UK and/or global depending on role)
  • Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and workshop facilitation capability
  • Detail-oriented with high focus on accuracy
