What You Can Expect

• Build & Pioneer: Actively contribute to developing our IT audit methodology, service offerings, and team culture. Help establish best practices and scalable processes.
• Diversify Your Expertise: Lead and execute a broad portfolio of engagements, including IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Application Controls (ITAC), SOC 1/2 readiness and examinations, Internal Audit, and ISO 27001 assessments.
• Drive Global Collaboration: Serve as a key connector, building and maintaining relationships with our international offices to deliver seamless global engagements.
• Provide Insightful Assurance: Go beyond checklists. Analyze client governance, IT risks, and control environments to deliver actionable, value-added recommendations.
• Accelerate growth: Accelerate your career by building a diverse portfolio and gaining exposure to senior leadership and global clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field in Accounting or IT (ACCA, CPA, CISA, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor professional certification holders are encouraged to apply)
• An entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and a proactive drive to build, learn, and overcome challenges. Grit and open-mindedness are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the proven ability to present complex findings clearly and concisely to senior management. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage for regional collaboration and client engagement.
• A genuine willingness and ability to travel extensively for client engagements.
