Objective
- Require a talented and innovative marketing professional to promote our company’s brand and services. In this role, you will be optimising our marketing strategies and managing the marketing activities with a measurable outcome.
Job responsibility
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and offline channels.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, emails, and promotional materials.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Social Media Management: Manage and update social media profiles, prepare and schedule posts, engage with followers, and track social media metrics.
- Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and tracking email performance.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide sales support materials.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and present findings to the marketing team.
Job Requirement
- A degree in marketing.
- Minimum 1 years of experience marketing and communications
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with ability to manage a complex workload
- A good team player
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and comfortable with public speaking.
- Hand-on experience in MS Office (especially with Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Preferred experience in Canva
- A self-starter taking complete ownership of assigned work.
- Extremely organised and detail-oriented with an analytical and problem solving mindset.
- Effective time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and work with tight deadlines.
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as with teams.
