Overview
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative CRM System Administrator – Team Lead to join our growing CRM function supporting Forvis Mazars in the UK. Based in our Pune office, you will play a key role in strengthening our CRM culture, providing high‑quality service desk support, and ensuring effective management of business enquiries related to pipeline and wider CRM processes.
This role requires hands‑on system administration combined with strong people leadership. You will lead a small CRM administration team, ensuring the delivery of excellent service, high data quality standards, and effective system development and testing. You will work closely with stakeholders across the UK business and collaborate with the wider clients and marketing community based in the UK and India offices.
Key Responsibilities
Team leadership & management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the CRM administration team in Pune, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Provide day‑to‑day line management, including workload allocation, coaching, and regular check‑ins.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative team culture aligned with Forvis Mazars values.
CRM system administration
- Oversee daily operations of the CRM service desk, ensuring timely and accurate responses to UK business enquiries.
- Support users with queries related to pipeline management, data updates, and general CRM usage.
- Manage user access, permissions, and configuration within SugarCRM (training will be provided).
Data management & reporting
- Maintain high standards of data quality, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports, translating data into clear insights for stakeholders.
- Use advanced Excel skills to analyse, interpret, and visualise data effectively.
System development & testing
- Assist with system enhancements and the implementation of new features.
- Conduct system testing, quality assurance checks, and documentation of changes.
- Support larger system development projects in collaboration with UK teams and external agencies.
Stakeholder engagement
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the UK business.
- Communicate clearly and professionally to understand needs, manage expectations, and support adoption of CRM best practice.
- Contribute to initiatives that embed a stronger CRM culture across Forvis Mazars.
Collaboration & time flexibility
- Work closely with UK‑based colleagues to ensure seamless support and alignment with strategic goals.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in UK time zones as required for team meetings, project work, or business demand.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a data management or CRM administration role.
- Experience dealing with a CRM system and enquiries to support business use
- Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to analyse, manipulate, and interpret datasets.
- Experience producing clear, accurate reports and insights.
- Understanding of system testing, user acceptance testing, and process documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
Desirable
- Experience working on major system deployments or enhancements with third‑party agencies.
- Exposure to SugarCRM (previous system use is not required as full training provided).
