Consultant/Senior Consultant- Consulting team

We are seeking a qualified professional with 2-4 years of experience in Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) to join our dynamic team. As an Information Security and Business Continuity Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining ISMS and BCMS, ensuring the organization’s cybersecurity resilience.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS).
2. Conduct regular security audits to assess and enhance the effectiveness of ISMS and BCMS.
3. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
4. Manage security incidents and coordinate response efforts to mitigate potential risks.
5. Provide comprehensive security awareness training to employees at all levels within the organization.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes.
7. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS).
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 standards.
• ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 22301:2019 LA/LI certification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to analyse complex security issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards.
