We are currently looking for Assistant Outsourcing – Accounting Services to join its growing team of professionals.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provides accounting services tailored to our clients’ needs; Performing accounting activities and posting A/P, A/R, GL and taxation
  • Responsible for Month-end/Year-end closing process and reconciliation of ledgers
  • Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for clients
  • Prepare check vouchers, checks and process payments
  • Manage payment processing and fraud prevention functions. Ensure accurate bank information
  • Meet project deadline and ensure high accuracy
  • Handle special and ad hoc projects and support managers when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Internship experience in consulting firm or in accounting department would be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge in MS Windows applications and financial reporting and accounting systems
  • Knowledge of taxation such as VAT and Income Tax
  • Desire to work in an international environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player with a positive attitude
