The APAC Transformation Manager plays a key role in supporting the firm’s regional transformation agenda. The role focuses on coordinating innovation and change initiatives across APAC countries, supporting adoption of group-wide solutions, and ensuring alignment with Group Transformation priorities.

This position works closely with country teams and Group stakeholders to drive collaboration, monitor progress, and support effective change implementation across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the APAC portfolio of transformation and innovation initiatives in line with Group strategy and priorities.
  • Drive delivery of regional transformation projects, including governance, prioritization, and progress tracking.
  • Support adoption of group-wide tools, systems, and solutions across APAC, including change communication and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with country leadership teams and Group Transformation to ensure consistent implementation and alignment.
  • Guide APAC countries through change management processes and promote innovation practices across the region.

Qualifications and Experience

Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management, transformation, or related roles.
  • Experience in coding or developing new solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of innovation and transformation methodologies, including Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Startup, and Scrum.
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
