Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Perform monthly routine administrative tasks (e.g. renewal reminders, tracking lists, quota updates, levy tracking, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records and trackers (e.g. monitoring lists, unbilled lists)
  • Support internal coordination with Singapore team members
  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
  • Assist in managing and redirecting incoming correspondence (eg emails, physical mail) to the relevant internal/external stakeholders

Work Pass Administrative Support

  • Prepare work pass application forms
  • Assist in collating required documents for applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance
  • Update and maintain work pass trackers and status reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in corporate secretarial, HR/admin, or similar administrative role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
