AOS, Accounting Assistant Manager

About the team

The Accounting Advisory and Outsourcing Service (AOS) team provides professional accounting, payroll and tax support services to foreign-invested companies in Korea. Built on a foundation of responsibility and expertise, our team members ensure compliance with various laws and regulations, delivering high-quality services on time to support our clients’ successful business operations.

Key responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee and review the following business processes for your assigned clients:

  • Client management: Manage client issues and provide professional, technical guidance

  • Corporate bookkeeping & closing: Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes

  • Tax compliance: Oversee major tax filings including VAT and Corporate Income Tax
  • Payroll & treasuring: Oversee payroll calculation, withholding tax filing, and cash/treasury management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 7+ years of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in business English (capable of leading meetings with clients)
  • Native-level proficiency in Korean

Preferred qualifications

  • AICPA or CTA license holders
  • Majors in accounting/business or holders of relevant accounting/tax certifications
  • Prior experience in accounting firms, BPO or outsourcing services
  • Experience in using various ERP systems

Working conditions

  • Employment type: Full-time (3-month probationary period)
  • Working hours: Selective working hours
  • Location: Yongsan-gu, Seoul
