About the team
The Accounting Advisory and Outsourcing Service (AOS) team provides professional accounting, payroll and tax support services to foreign-invested companies in Korea. Built on a foundation of responsibility and expertise, our team members ensure compliance with various laws and regulations, delivering high-quality services on time to support our clients’ successful business operations.
Key responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee and review the following business processes for your assigned clients:

Client management: Manage client issues and provide professional, technical guidance

Corporate bookkeeping & closing: Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
- Tax compliance: Oversee major tax filings including VAT and Corporate Income Tax
- Payroll & treasuring: Oversee payroll calculation, withholding tax filing, and cash/treasury management
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 7+ years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in business English (capable of leading meetings with clients)
- Native-level proficiency in Korean
Preferred qualifications

- AICPA or CTA license holders
- Majors in accounting/business or holders of relevant accounting/tax certifications
- Prior experience in accounting firms, BPO or outsourcing services
- Experience in using various ERP systems
Working conditions
- Employment type: Full-time (3-month probationary period)
- Working hours: Selective working hours
- Location: Yongsan-gu, Seoul
