At Forvis Mazars India, we are looking for a Manager PMO to join our Delivery Platform supporting the Netherlands Audit practice. 1. What Will You Do?
In this role, you will lead and coordinate a portfolio of audit-related projects and PMO activities, helping ensure effective planning, governance, and high-quality execution. You will work closely with audit teams, stakeholders, and delivery colleagues across countries, take ownership of project oversight, and play an active role in strengthening ways of working. You will have the opportunity to:
• Lead and coordinate a portfolio of audit-related projects and PMO activities, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery expectations
• Drive project planning, governance, status monitoring, and reporting for medium to high-complexity audit engagements and strategic initiatives
• Partner with audit stakeholders to understand business needs, identify dependencies and risks, and support practical solutions
• Monitor progress against milestones, budgets, and agreed deliverables, and proactively escalate issues where needed
• Lead transformation initiatives within the Audit Delivery Platform, helping design and implement improved ways of working, governance models, and delivery processes
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and digital enablement in project management and audit support processes, and help drive their practical implementation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Establish and strengthen PMO ways of working, including planning disciplines, governance routines, reporting structures, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to high-quality delivery, stakeholder confidence, and a consistent project management approach across the Audit Delivery Platform
1.1. Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who is organized, confident, and experienced in managing projects and stakeholders in a structured environment. You are comfortable balancing operational oversight with

continuous improvement, and you know how to keep multiple workstreams moving while maintaining quality. Ideally, you bring:
• A bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage
• Typically 7-10 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, audit operations, audit support, or a similar professional services environment
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects or portfolios, including planning, risk tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management
• Experience contributing to transformation, process improvement, or implementation initiatives, ideally in an audit, operations, or professional services environment
• An interest in AI, automation, and digital tooling, with the ability to translate opportunities into practical improvements in delivery and project management
• A project management certification is a strong plus (for example PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent); professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, MBA, or similar are welcome where relevant
• A strong sense of ownership, excellent planning ability, and attention to detail
• Confidence in coordinating multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and interdependencies in an international environment
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify risks early and drive resolution
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery teams
• Experience in coaching, guiding, or managing junior colleagues or PMO team members
• Strong spoken and written English is essential; experience working with international stakeholders or global teams is highly desirable
• Availability 40 hours per week
