Position: Senior Implementation Consultant
Location: Pune
Experience: 3 to 4 Years
- Lead or support full payroll implementation lifecycle (discovery, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support)
- Configure payroll systems to meet client-specific requirements
- Support data migration activities, including cleansing, transformation, and validation
- Conduct parallel runs, reconciliation, and issue resolution prior to go-liv
- Facilitate discovery workshops and client meetings
- Gather and document detailed payroll requirements
- Provide subject matter expertise on payroll processes and system best practice
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships
- Perform system testing to ensure accuracy of payroll calculations and setup
- Identify and resolve defects during testing and parallel phases
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with payroll legislation
Behaviour and Competencies
Strong understanding of payroll lifecycle (end-to-end processing, compliance, reporting)
- Experience implementing payroll or HRIS systems (e.g. Payrite, Paycircle)
- Knowledge of payroll data structures, integrations, and migration processes
- Familiarity with payroll legislation (UK and/or global depending on role)
- Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation capability
