Forvis Mazars in Indonesia is looking for Assistant – Quality Management & Control to join its growing team of professionals. Since its establishment in 2008 in Indonesia, Forvis Mazars has grown to be one of the top audit, outsourcing, tax, legal and advisory services providers.

The Assistant will support the Quality Management & Control (QMC) function in the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the firm’s quality management system, in line with applicable professional standards and internal policies.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the execution of ISQM 1 monitoring and testing activities across both Audit and Non-Audit service lines
Supporting the documentation of testing procedures, results, and conclusions in accordance with firm methodology and quality requirements
Assisting in the maintenance and administration of Quality Control (QC) logbooks, trackers, and related quality monitoring documentation
Coordinating with engagement teams and relevant stakeholders to obtain supporting documentation and follow up on outstanding matters arising from QC reviews
Supporting the QC Team in internal quality reviews, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
Performing general administrative and ad-hoc tasks to support the effective operation of the Quality Control function
Requirements
- University degree from prominent university in Accounting with min IPK 3.00
- Strong interest in and good understanding of accounting, audit, tax and financial analysis
- Strong sense for responsibility
- An outstanding integrity
