Job Title: Talent Acquisition Analyst – Contractor

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1-3 Years

Qualification: Graduation

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Source candidates through various job boards & social media
  • Screen & evaluate applicants for qualifications
  • Conduct initial interviews & coordinate final rounds
  • Maintain a candidate database, MIS reports & recruitment metrics
  • Excel skills required for effective data management

Experience:

  • Should have substantial experience of years in Talent Acquisition
  • Sourcing through various job boards and channels
  • Interview Scheduling
  • Excellent skills in Advance MS Excel including extensive reporting.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • MBA(HR), BBA or Graduate in Any Specialization
  • Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Approachable and professional with a can-do attitude.
  • Team player who wants to support the team to meet shared goals and targets.
  • Flexible approach and able to prioritise own work.
