About this position
Title: Talent Acquisition Analyst (11 – Months Contract)
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Location: Pune
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Source candidates through various job boards & social media
- Screen & evaluate applicants for qualifications
- Conduct initial interviews & coordinate final rounds
- Maintain a candidate database, MIS reports & recruitment metrics
- Excel skills required for effective data management
Experience:
- Should have substantial experience of 2+ years in Talent Acquisition
- Sourcing through various job boards and channels
- Interview Scheduling
- Excellent skills in Advance MS Excel including extensive reporting.
Skills/Qualifications:
- MBA(HR), BBA or Graduate in Any Specialization
- Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Approachable and professional with a can-do attitude.
- Team player who wants to support the team to meet shared goals and targets.
- Flexible approach and able to prioritise own work.
