Job description:

• Work on valuation assignments and assist Senior Management in carrying out valuation engagements.
• Managing and leading in company valuation, purchase price allocation, intangible asset valuation and cash flow modelling.
• Having experience and knowledge in financial instruments valuation is an added advantage.
• Provide support and training to junior team members in guiding and reviewing their work outputs.
• Present valuation findings internally and externally to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics
• Minimum 5 – 7 years in valuation with Big4 or accounting firms or investment banks.
• A relevant professional qualification (CFA, CPA FA, MBA etc) will be highly regarded.
• Good verbal and written English and Thai communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
