Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day operational matters of the Finance and Account Department.
- Responsible for General Ledger, Account Receivable and Account Payable being carried smoothly.
- Manage and prepare full set of accounts
- Management of key transaction work streams including direct liaison with regional work.
- Prepare financial budget, cash flow forecast, analyses and monthly financial reports to Management.
- To monitor and prepare the reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
- Work closely with Directors, Managers and staff in all operation matters relating to finance especially in timely collections of audit fees.
- Liaise with external auditor and Mazars Tax Expertise with regards to annual statutory reporting and tax submission.
- To assist on ad-hoc work.
Requirement
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, CAT or any related field.
- Team player
- Good communication and people management skills.
- Good organisation skill
- Sense of responsibilities, integrity and able to handle confidential matters
- Excellent functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications, i.e: Excel
