Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Management of relationship with Authorities and Business Association
  • Provide professional and comprehensive secretarial and administrative support including the preparation of correspondence, proposals, reports, presentation materials, taking minutes and filing, handling confidential information, scheduling meetings and diary management
  • Management of contact database
  • Manage/Sort email for Partner and from contacts in FM website
  • Manage and maintain FM book resources
  • Manage and coordinate all business-related affairs with internal and external parties
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects from time to time, follow up business development initiatives, organize seminars and other events
  • Handle travel arrangements
  • Any other assignments and task from the superior which deem to be appropriate and relevant
  • Manage and maintain effective relationships with government authorities and business associations.
  • Provide professional and comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, including preparation of correspondence, proposals, reports, presentations, minutes of meetings, filing systems, and handling of confidential information.
  • Manage meeting schedules, calendar coordination, and diary arrangements for senior management.
  • Maintain and update contact databases accurately and systematically.
  • Screen, manage, and prioritize emails for the Partner, including correspondence received through the Forvis Mazars website.
  • Manage and maintain Forvis Mazars book and reference resources.
  • Coordinate and manage all business‑related matters with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support for ad‑hoc projects, follow up on business development initiatives, and assist in organizing seminars, meetings, and corporate events.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics.
  • Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the superior that are appropriate and relevant to the role.

 

Education:

  • Minimum Degree in Business Admin or any relevant field.

Working Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to professional growth and excellence.
  • Possesses the ability to work effectively as a team member in a professional environment.

Technical & Professional Knowledge / Membership

  • Demonstrates strong communication and effective people management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
